Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is seeking motivated, hands-on professionals to join their growing team. The Director of Outreach and Program Development serves as a key point of contact through networking, presentations, and strategic outreach for VOAOHIN Behavioral Health, facilitating department development and community presence. This role is crucial for managing short and long-term census and cultivating a referral network. Secondary responsibilities include overseeing the Access Team, Medicaid Compliance (administrative), Payer Source System Management, and External Provider Relations. The position is responsible for developing marketing and business plans to achieve revenue goals for behavioral health, supervising a client relationship management database to manage customer satisfaction and demand, and analyzing expense budgets, service deficiencies, referral pipelines, and revenues. This analysis informs recommendations for BH growth, including the creation and implementation of public relations, marketing, and communications strategies; developing fundraising plans; department budgeting; building relationships with constituents; enhancing the organization's public image and brand; and ensuring seamless access to behavioral health services for clients and referral sources.
