The Director of Organizational Effectiveness (DOE) is a senior operational integrator responsible for strengthening how our organization works. Joining and working in coordination with our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), the DOE serves as an internal consultant, change leader, and strategic project manager, partnering across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively, priorities are clear, and performance is measurable. The DOE will focus on assessing and prioritizing key risks and opportunities - and then lead on thoughtful change management through intentional collaboration with department leaders throughout the organization. This role focuses on updating and aligning our people, process, and technology systems to enhance organizational effectiveness, reduce friction, and support the SLT in executing our mission efficiently and collaboratively across the organization.
