The Director of Organizational Development and Effectiveness provides strategic leadership to maximize organizational performance, strengthen culture, and develop talent in support of Lake Michigan Credit Union's purpose - helping all members achieve dreams for a lifetime. This role leads enterprise initiatives focused on change management, learning and development, organizational alignment, and engagement/listening strategies, ensuring employees are equipped, engaged, and aligned to business goals. The role combines strategic leadership with operational execution across leadership development, OD programs, talent strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
