About The Position
Right at Home is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and grow its multi-location home care business. The role calls for a high-level leader who can quickly learn the operation, build strong relationships, make confident decisions, and take ownership of results. The Director of Operations will lead daily operations across multiple locations and drive organizational excellence, growth, and process improvement. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with travel between Bastrop, Austin, San Marcos, Brenham, and Marble Falls.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across multiple locations.
- Manage and support office teams.
- Oversee staffing and client and caregiver retention.
- Ensure outstanding customer service for clients and caregivers.
- Drive growth and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Build relationships with referral and community partners.
