Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture. Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the property. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures, observe and safeguard company assets, and follow all responsible gaming guidelines. Work with Executive Administration Managers regarding Team Member functions and issues. Provide friendly, efficient service to all Guests and oversee the overall operation of the property. Must be able to effectively supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline Team Members as well as orient, train, and evaluate Team Members. Responsible for related departmental budgets and monthly financial reviews.
