About The Position

As a Director of Operations you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational and financial performance of the entire multifamily property portfolio. This involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, driving efficiency across departments, managing budgets, and enhancing the resident experience. The Director of Operations plays a critical role in fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in property management with a proven track record of success in leading and managing large, diverse portfolios across multiple regions.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations, cross-functional teams, and improving business performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools, including property management systems and data analytics platforms.
Complete knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to property management.
Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
