As Director of Operations, you will lead and optimize the organization’s operational processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance.   • Oversee end-to-end clinical forms processing operations, ensuring high accuracy and timely completion.
  • Implement workflow automation and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor patient and client experiences, responding proactively to feedback and maintaining high satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, conducting audits and corrective actions as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve departmental KPIs and maintain strong engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements and scale operations effectively.
  • Track operational performance metrics, including turnaround time, accuracy, and satisfaction scores.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, with experience in clinical documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, drive operational excellence, and meet compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of leading teams under tight deadlines, multitasking, and managing multiple projects effectively.
