Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations in a facility solutions or similar industry.
Experience in strategic planning and execution to drive operational excellence.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Proficient in budget management and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and cost control.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
Proficiency in using operations management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
