About The Position

The Director of Operations plays a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational functions of the organization across multiple departments. This position ensures that business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals to drive sustainable growth. The Director of Operations collaborates closely with executive leadership to develop and implement operational policies, manage budgets, and improve overall organizational performance. They lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Must have 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of managing complex operational functions and leading diverse teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational costs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analytics tools.
Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and operational innovation.
