The Director of Operations at PCC works closely with the Directors of Stores, the VP of Store Operations, and store support functions (such as Finance, Store Development , IT and Legal) to define and lead processes related to labor budgets and sales forecasts, annual and quarterly planning , KPI tracking and reporting , and other daily store operations , functions and programs such as st aff safety and food safety . In this capacity, the Director of Operations plays a critical role in bringing together a diverse set of teams and functions in support of the co-op’s long-term goals . In addition, they are responsible for strengthening and innovating daily operations and compliance across PCC, proactively managing risks while looking for continuous program improvements.
