About The Position

Our property serves a blend of business travelers and seasonal leisure guests, especially during baseball season, creating an exciting, high-energy environment with no two days the same. Requirements
- Marriott brand experience (highly preferred; strong understanding of brand systems, tools, and standards)
- Proven success leading and developing diverse teams in a full-service hotel
- A strong history of driving process improvement, operational efficiencies, and service innovation
- Experience navigating change management and inspiring teams through transition
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of management experience in hotel operations
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
