About The Position

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the daily activities of a clinic run smoothly, including monitoring and correcting processes that allow the clinic and our company to run efficiently. This role involves providing day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the company's adopted mission and core values, collaborating with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes, and motivating and leading a high-performance clinical team. The Director will act as the lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and stakeholder, ensure proper training for team members, and verify adherence to the timely documentation process. They will also work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies, manage company finances including approval of department expenses and budgets, and oversee the safety of employees and clients. Additionally, the role includes conducting facility tours as needed, staying in communication with referral sources and families, collaborating on compliance and quality assurance projects, maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, facilitating crisis intervention with the clinical team, and ensuring adherence to medication policy and procedure, all while working to reduce and minimize missed client services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Leadership Experience

Responsibilities
