Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of operations leadership experience.
10+ years of team management experience.
Experience managing customer-facing service operations.
Strong financial and budget management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

Facility services, commercial maintenance, janitorial, or property management experience.
Experience managing independent contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Facility Solutions Managers and operational personnel.
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train operational team members.
Maintain client retention rates exceeding 90%.
Oversee service delivery operations across the market.
Manage operational budgets and departmental expenses.
Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent contractors and vendors.
Partner with the sales team to support growth and cross-selling opportunities.
Participate in all major new client starts and oversee successful onboarding.
Ensure inspections, follow-up actions, and CRM records are maintained.
Personally manage and develop 6–10 Facility Solutions Managers.
Spend at least 50% of time in the field with clients, employees, and contractors.
