About The Position

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that the daily activities of a clinic run smoothly, including monitoring and correcting processes that allow the clinic and our company to run efficiently. This role provides day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the company's adopted mission and core values. The Director will collaborate with leadership on the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes, motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team, and act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with every client and stakeholder. Responsibilities also include ensuring proper training for team members, verifying adherence to the timely documentation process, working with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies, and ensuring company finances are in order, including approval of all department expenses and budgets. The role also oversees and manages the safety of employees and clients, conducts tours of the facility as needed, stays in communication with referral sources and families, collaborates with leadership on compliance and quality assurance projects, maintains weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, works with the clinical team to facilitate crisis intervention, ensures adherence to medication policy and procedure, and works to reduce and minimize missed client services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Leadership Experience

Responsibilities
