The Director of Operations is responsible for supervising and overseeing the maintenance and continuous enhancement of Keys to Change’s assets. In addition to overseeing overall Key Campus buildings, maintenance, and construction projects of the Campus,, the Director of Operations will have a thorough understanding of (and ability to manage) mechanical systems, construction practices, preventative maintenance, and government regulations. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of operations methods, and the need to increase profitability. Additionally, administers the physical operations of the campus and oversees general and preventive property maintenance, construction coordination, security, public safety, housekeeping, fire safety, utility systems management, and other contracted services. This position is also responsible for forecasting property expenses, managing capital projects, preparing operational reports, identifying and resolving human capital issues in conjunction with the Board of Directors’ policies and under the direction of the CEO.
