About The Position

The Director of Campus Operations fulfills the school's obligation to students by administering and facilitating the mission and philosophy of the institution. The Director of Campus Operations is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the total operation of the school on a day-to-day basis. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills are crucial for success
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Achievement-oriented and diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated professionalism; exhibits responsibility and ownership of tasks and projects
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role
  • Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
  • May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education or related field or equivalent major or experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive 100% student enrollment at campus through student recruitment efforts
  • Drive average daily student attendance with a goal of 97.50% and student persistence year-over-year
  • Ensure students and teachers enjoy a safe and clean building every day
  • Manage student drop, pick up, traffic flow logistics, and event management
  • Manage student recess and lunch schedules and logistics
  • Manages over 8 campus operations staff members that include: receptionist, SIS coordinator, registrar, cafeteria manager, transportation manager, health aide, business clerk, and facility manager, among others
  • Fostering a strong customer service focused team
  • Lead process improvement projects as needed that impact operational processes
