About The Position

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing, branding, and sales strategies across all restaurant locations. This is a senior leadership role that combines creative vision with data-driven strategy to build our customer base, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue.

Requirements

5+ years of marketing and/or sales leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or related industry.
Proven success in driving brand growth, revenue, and customer engagement.
Deep understanding of the Portland market and urban dining culture.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and food culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the group and its individual restaurant brands.
Lead all digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, website management, and content creation.
Oversee public relations and communications strategies, including partnerships, media outreach, and community engagement.
Identify and execute local and national sales opportunities (corporate events, private dining, catering, etc.).
Monitor KPIs and ROI on all campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage and mentor marketing and sales staff and external vendors.
Collaborate closely with the executive team, chefs, and general managers to align brand messaging and goals.
Plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
Maintain and elevate brand identity across all guest touchpoints.
