About The Position

1-800 T-Shirts.com is seeking a motivated, focused, and driven Integrator (Director of Operations) to join their team and help them become the category king of the decorated apparel industry. This position and the team have very high expectations. The ideal candidate has equally high standards for themselves and is motivated by high expectations. The Integrator / Director of Operations is responsible for bringing the CEO’s ideas to life and is considered the glue that holds the team together. This role requires a deep understanding of the Integrator role, ideally gained from reading 'The E-Myth Revisited' or similar literature. The candidate should love creating systems and processes, have experience leading a company through rapid growth and scaling, thrive on figuring out the 'how' to implement ideas, enjoy implementing the best ideas, and come to life when facing challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision, business plan, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the executive leadership team, driving accountability, performance, and alignment across all departments.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including operations, finance, accounting, and human resources, ensuring organizational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and company scorecards, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and optimize business processes, systems, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to ensure operational excellence and organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic objectives are successfully executed.
