Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience within a third-party administrator (TPA), or a similar organizational structure
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Occasional local travel required
Responsibilities
- Responsible for directly supporting the operations and implementation teams.
- Coaching & mentorship
- Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Lead meetings with customer, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure to oversee productivity and quality standards.
- Help with the training and development of team members
- Work closely with clients and other partners to ensure client satisfaction
- Evaluate operational functions and try to identify efficient opportunities
- Play an important role in hiring, and training
