Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience within a third-party administrator (TPA), or a similar organizational structure
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Occasional local travel required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for directly supporting the operations and implementation teams.
  • Coaching & mentorship
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external partners
  • Lead meetings with customer, vendors, and external partners
  • Ensure to oversee productivity and quality standards.
  • Help with the training and development of team members
  • Work closely with clients and other partners to ensure client satisfaction
  • Evaluate operational functions and try to identify efficient opportunities
  • Play an important role in hiring, and training
