Position Overview As the Director of Operations for Central Oregon, you will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of multiple dental offices throughout the region. You will partner closely with Practice Managers, providers, and executive leadership to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and support exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a collaborative, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about developing teams and improving access to care across diverse communities. This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout Central Oregon and surrounding communities.
