Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with progressive leadership responsibility

  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Procore or similar project management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to Estimating, Project Management, and Project Coordination teams
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner to improve operational performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies to support company growth
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments and project teams
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting including cost reports, RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and closeouts
  • Support contract negotiations and project setup during the pre-construction phase
  • Lead weekly operational and project meetings to review progress and resolve issues
  • Develop training programs and operational protocols for Project Managers, Coordinators, and Estimators
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
  • Support strategic planning and operational forecasting to align with company growth objectives
  • Monitor and promote the effective use of construction management systems such as Procore
  • Support high-level project oversight to identify potential risks and ensure smooth execution
  • Participate in project kick-offs, coordination meetings, and closeouts
  • Assist with team development, hiring, and performance management
