About The Position
Provides enterprise-level leadership and strategic oversight of hospital support services operations, including Security, Communications, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Facilities Management, and Biomedical Services. Accountable for aligning operational performance, capital planning, and service delivery with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and system-wide priorities. Advances a high-reliability, patient-centered environment of care while driving enterprise performance improvement, operational resilience, and risk mitigation across the organization. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. This opportunity is for a full-time Director of Operations with Manatee Memorial Hospital.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years healthcare administration experience, required
- Bachelor's degree, required
