Director of Operations

About The Position

At Encore, operational leadership is where strategy turns into measurable results. As Director of Operations, you will own and run a single location as if it were your own business, with complete accountability for a $30M to $50M P&L, 75 to 125 employees across field, office, and warehouse, and every outcome in between. That means knowing your business at every level. The numbers, the people, the customers, and the gaps. You set the tone, build the culture, and drive the results. This is your location to lead. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Talent, and Executive Leadership to align growth strategy and operational execution. At Encore's pace of growth, Directors who perform here have a clear path to regional leadership.
