DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, WESTERN CANADA
About The Position
IRIS is seeking a Director of Operations – West to support the growth, success, and continuous evolution of its boutique-clinic network. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in connecting corporate strategy with field execution. You will support and inspire teams to achieve commercial, operational, and financial objectives while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a field-based leadership role. With responsibility for approximately 60 boutique-clinics across four provinces, regular travel is an essential component of success. The ideal candidate enjoys being close to operations, supporting teams in person, and building strong relationships across the network.
