Its flagship boutique is in Paris’ 5th arrondissement at 34 Boulevard Saint Germain. You will be accountable for leading, coaching, engaging, and mentoring the operations & sales performance team to pursue excellence and profitable growth. You will be responsible for overseeing business performance, all front of house and back of house operations in Americas, all new opening and renovation plans as well as working on strategic and financial plans for Retail and Wholesale. You will report to the Head of Sales to ensure the team’s processes, functions, and workflow, prioritize creating an elevated and profitable shopping experience for internal and external clients. This data, retail analytics, compliance and financial information driven role connects insights to larger strategic initiatives. This role has 4 direct & indirect reports and is based in New York City.
