About The Position

This role focuses on collaboration and execution related to CBRE Safety initiatives and the Near Miss Good Catch program. The position involves participating in strategic planning, driving the implementation of enterprise-wide best practices, and preparing and managing detailed regional P&L budgets. The Director will monitor expenditures, lead financial reporting, and ensure overall financial accountability. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects and IFM programs, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations, which may include conducting job site visits and inspections and implementing corrective actions. Leadership, coaching, and development of multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries, including project managers, facility managers, engineers, subcontractors, and technical specialists, is essential. Continuous communication and collaboration with clients, senior leadership, partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders are required. The role directs operational risk identification, analysis, and mitigation for both construction activity and IFM service delivery, and establishes, monitors, and enforces operational, quality, and safety standards. Driving performance improvements across maintenance operations, energy management, asset lifecycle planning, and construction execution, while ensuring regulatory, contractual, and corporate compliance across all European facilities and project sites, are core functions. Other duties as assigned will support the success and growth of the regional book of business.
