Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Director of Operations, Chief of Staff, COO, or comparable leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success supporting business expansion, strategic growth initiatives, and brand development.
  • Proven experience leading teams and improving organizational performance.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, project management systems, workflow automation technologies, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Lebanon, Tennessee.
  • Travel is required.
  • Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
