About The Position

NaphCare is hiring a Director of Operational Performance to join our team in Birmingham, AL at our Corporate Offices. Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Jail Operations, the Director of Operational Performance is responsible for coordinating various project elements, setting objectives, coordinating development and training of new or revised clinical processes and monitoring progress of projection implementation related to our comprehensive healthcare operation.

Bachelor’s degree required
Must possess strong written communication, verbal skills, and computer skills.
Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Creating detailed project plans, establishing timelines, coordinating resources and budgets based on defined project scope, goals, and deliverables based on direction from the SVP.
Collaborating with multiple departments to build and develop project teams, complete tasks within areas of expertise, assign tasks when additional expertise is needed, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project success.
Taking action on project plans to ensure that project goals are completed in a timely manner to achieve overall project success.
Communicating project status, progress, and any issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other relevant parties.
Identifying and addressing project challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
Ensuring compliance with governing agency regulations and accreditation standards at the local, state, and federal levels.
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
