About The Position

We need a Director of Nursing who understands that leadership means more than policies and paperwork. This role requires someone firm and fair, but also deeply compassionate toward patients, families, and the staff who work tirelessly beside you. When the pressure is on and the work gets hard, you'll be the leader who rolls up their sleeves and steps in while inspiring your team to push through because the work matters. This isn't just a job, it's a calling.

Requirements

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care preferred
