About The Position
HSHS St Mary's Hospital is seeking a Nursing Director to join our Team. This position provides oversight and leadership within assigned area of responsibility. Manages the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities. Plans and implements systems that accomplish work objectives and fulfill the mission and goals efficiently and effectively. Plans and allocates resources to effectively staff department and meet productivity and quality goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. May consider candidate who is currently enrolled, and BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
- 5 years of nursing experience is required.
- 3 years of leadership experience or equivalent is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree is preferred.
