The Director of Nursing will provide strategic, operational, and regulatory leadership for nursing programs, including NAC, ADN, and RN-to-BSN pathways. This position reports to the Dean of Health Sciences, who serves as the Nurse Administrator for all SVC nursing programs and maintains authority and communication with the Washington State Board of Nursing (WABON), with this role serving as support. The Director supports program operations, student success, and compliance while contributing to program growth and excellence. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position working 12 months per year.
