About The Position

Benson Heights Care Center in Kent, Washington, is hiring a full-time Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations at its skilled nursing and behavioral health facility, which also provides short-term rehabilitation. The role includes leading and supporting nursing staff and leaders, driving clinical quality and resident satisfaction, and ensuring regulatory compliance and survey readiness. The Director of Nursing partners with the Administrator on clinical and operational goals and supports employee engagement, retention, and professional development.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred, with three years described as ideal.
