Requirements

Nursing diploma from an accredited college or university required, Bachelor's degree required
A minimum of (5) years of supervisory/management experience in a psychiatric/mental health inpatient environment
Current Ohio license or compact license valid in Ohio

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree preferred
Experience treating children and adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

Supervising and directing all the direct patient care and nursing services (in conjunction with the Medical Director) provided at Fox Run
Ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the performance goals and objectives of the facility
Ensuring that the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures are in direct compliance with all JCAHO, federal, state and local regulations
Establishing and maintaining a productive, professional relationship with the medical staff, management team and all other departments
Communicating with executive leadership about department, including creating and implementing areas for improvement
Maintaining high quality care through staff development and education
