About the Role: As the Director of Nursing, you will lead with empathy, clinical expertise, and a people-first mindset. You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring care is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and a deep respect for each patient's experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture, mentoring our dedicated staff, and driving continuous improvement across programs.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care environments
  • Ability to manage complex operations and guide large, diverse teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spirit
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, including at least three years of management experience.
  • Six months' psychiatric experience is required.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with addictions preferred.
  • APRN acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Oversee compliance, budgeting, staffing, and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic care
  • Champion staff development, career growth, and succession planning within the nursing department
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
