Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration with a focus on nursing leadership; prior school administrative director experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in management, personnel supervision, and team leadership within a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management.
  • In-depth knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare training programs or nursing education.
  • Extensive experience in academic leadership or instructional leadership in education environments related to health sciences or nursing.
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
