About The Position

Provides clinical and administrative leadership to plan, direct, and evaluate safe, high-quality resident care for a 39-bed facility. Leads performance management through ongoing measurement, action planning, and evaluation across key areas, including budget, productivity, safety culture, employee engagement, resident and physician satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Provides leadership for staffing, education, and performance management to ensure high-quality, compliant resident care and strong team engagement. Oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and adherence to policies, regulations, and safety standards. Leads quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and performance monitoring to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to enhance care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous organizational improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, OR a minimum of seven (7) years of direct supervisory experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience providing direct resident care in a long-term care, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or equivalent setting
  • Current CPR Certification
