About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join a well-established under-60-bed Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community with a 4-Star Overall CMS Rating. This is a smooth-running facility with a stable clinical team, strong operational leadership, and a supportive Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who believes in collaboration. Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience required
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality measures, staffing, and clinical operations
• A collaborative leader who mentors staff and builds strong relationships

Nice To Haves

• Previous DON experience preferred
• Experienced and tenured Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADONs) are strongly encouraged to apply
