About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic RN leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting a strong clinical team, and helping shape a positive, collaborative culture. The Director of Nursing (DON) will provide strong leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensure high-quality, person-centered resident care, and collaborate with facility leadership to maintain smooth clinical operations. The role also involves fostering a supportive, engaged, and professional work environment and driving compliance, quality improvement, and best practices in care delivery.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Proven leadership experience—DON or ADON preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach to challenges and opportunities
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and elevating the resident experience
