About The Position
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Batesville, IN is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team. This leadership opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in resident care, mentor nursing staff, and help maintain high-quality standards in a supportive healthcare environment. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical management or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
