About The Position

We are currently seeking a qualified DON to join our team at Peak Resources Pinelake!
Requirements
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this State.
- Must possess a current CPR BLS Certification with in-person skills assessment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years nursing supervisory experience in a hospital or nursing facility
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the over-all operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, regulations that govern our facility; and as maybe directed by the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times.
