This position is onsite in Mitchell, South Dakota. This role is about much more than compliance and clinical oversight. Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for residents-centered care and team development
- Applicants must successfully complete all required screenings, including TB testing, in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Ensure safe, ethical, person-centered care that honors each resident's unique needs
- Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight
- Support innovative, evidence-based care practices
- Champion memory care approaches that promote dignity, comfort, and meaningful engagement
- Partner with Life Enrichment, Culinary, and Operations teams
- Foster opportunities for connection, purpose, and joy
- Support dining experiences that enhance wellness, independence, and quality of life
- Help residents engage fully in the activities and relationships that matter most
- Lead, coach, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Build a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and teamwork
- Promote professional growth and employee engagement
- Ensure team members feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
- Lead survey readiness efforts with confidence
- Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives
- Continuously improve safety, outcomes, and resident satisfaction
- Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, providers, and community partners
- Collaborate with operational leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic goals
- Support community growth through exceptional resident and family experiences
