The Network Director of Nursing is a key clinical leader at CURE International, responsible for driving operational excellence, patient safety, and workforce development across our network of pediatric surgical hospitals. This role ensures that nursing services are standardized, data-informed, spiritually grounded, and responsive to the needs of children and families across diverse cultural and clinical settings. Focused on six strategic domains (leadership; training and capacity building; patient safety and quality assurance; EMR utilization and data integrity; workforce planning and staffing; and patient flow optimization), the Director will drive system-wide nursing excellence. This leader will be an advocate for nurses, a steward of quality care, and a trusted partner to hospital and ministry leadership. Every year, thousands of children suffering from treatable disabilities receive life-changing surgery and compassionate care through our hospitals.
