Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric, long-term care, and/or psychiatric nursing
- 5 years of experience supervising staff in long-term care or healthcare settings
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to ensure punctuality and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the nursing staff
- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Conducting staff evaluations
- Monitoring patient care

- Working closely with the leadership team to maintain high standards of care
