About The Position
Ignite Medical Resort OKC is seeking a Director of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer to oversee the health of each resident and coordinate services to provide the appropriate level of care. This role is responsible for maintaining quality assurance and implementing plans for improvement, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nursing license in good standing in the State of Oklahoma
- Degreed as a registered nurse from accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid training
- Registered Nurse
- 2 year Director of Nursing experience in SNF
Responsibilities
- Resumes responsibility for the health of each resident.
- Coordinates services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process.
- Takes call after hours and on weekends and maintains a chain of command.
- Maintains quality assurance and implements plans for improvement.
- Presents a professional appearance.
- Understands and follows through with directions given related to patient care.
- Organizes and prioritizes tasks and projects.
- Accurately completes job responsibilities within the specified time constraints to meet the needs of residents, regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.
