Requirements

• Someone who can lead a team without losing the human side of leadership
• Someone who can hold people accountable while still building them up
• Someone who can stay organized when things get busy
• Someone who can communicate clearly—with staff, families, and providers
• Someone who can step in when needed, but also build a team that can stand on its own
• Walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to handle exposure to bodily fluids (with PPE, protocols, and laundry support)
