Director of Nursing Services
About The Position
South Creek is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to lead nursing operations at its 4-Star CMS-rated skilled nursing facility in Centralia, Washington, which has 5-Star Quality Measures. The Director will oversee nursing staff and resident care, sustain quality outcomes and survey readiness, and work closely with the MDS team on accurate processes related to reimbursement and quality. This leadership role also recruits, develops, and retains nursing staff and partners with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team as part of the facility’s leadership team. Requirements
- Active Washington RN license.
- DNS, ADON, or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
- Solid regulatory and survey experience.
- A people-first leadership style that builds trust and accountability.
