Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (or eligible for endorsement)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living community (required)
- Strong knowledge of Florida Assisted Living regulations
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care in a luxury senior living environment
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all nursing services
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Maintain the highest standards of resident care and clinical outcomes
- Partner with Executive Leadership to promote operational excellence
- Oversee care planning, assessments, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on resident satisfaction
