In this role, you will lead day-to-day clinical operations by managing and overseeing the clinical, administrative, and human resource activities of designated clinical areas, including providing 24-hour leadership availability and oversight. You will champion clinical excellence by partnering with staff, medical, and unit leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate, patient- and family-centered care. Use data, trends, and performance insights to identify opportunities and develop meaningful action plans. Build strong clinical partnerships with the Medical Director and healthcare provider teams to promote cohesive communication, collaboration, and alignment across the department. Provide thoughtful fiscal stewardship through the effective management and justification of resources, including staffing, equipment, supplies, and capital expenditures. Foster collaboration across teams and disciplines, bringing together diverse perspectives and professional expertise to achieve shared clinical and organizational goals. Advance quality and patient outcomes by engaging staff in the Quality Outcomes Program and/or unit-based quality initiatives and supporting the development, measurement, and monitoring of exemplary clinical outcomes. Develop and empower your team by investing in the ongoing professional growth of department leaders and staff and creating opportunities to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
