Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. (RNP), a private, non-profit, social service agency serving the Greater Bridgeport Community and Fairfield County since 1972, is dedicated to helping individuals with substance use, mental health disorders, and homelessness. RNP's mission is to restore hope, health, and wellbeing through a compassionate, dignified, and respectful recovery environment. New Prospects, located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, offers gender-specific, co-occurring enhanced intensive residential services for adult men and women. This program provides approximately 30 days of intensive treatment for individuals struggling to stabilize substance abuse and mental health issues. On-site individual, family, and psychiatric services are available. The program serves men and women aged eighteen and up who have high severity of mental health symptoms and may require medication-assisted treatment (methadone or suboxone). SUMMARY: In alignment with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care, and Code of Ethics, and under the supervision of the Department Head, the Program Director provides leadership, clinical oversight, and administrative direction for a residential treatment program for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of program operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with agency policies, DPH regulations, DMHAS contractual requirements, CARF standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with flexibility required.
