The Director, Network & Security reports to the VP, Chief Enterprise Architect & Edge Transformation Leader and serves as the senior leader responsible for Eaton’s global network and network security organization. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise, with accountability for three integrated functions: Architecture – Network and security standards, target-state architectures, and reusable design patterns. Unified Network & Security Operations – Global operations of switching, routing, WAN/SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, network access control (NAC), and segmentation. Delivery & Lifecycle Management – Infrastructure project delivery, technology lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, M&A integration, site deployments, and managed services governance. This leader will unify network operations and network security execution under a single accountable organization, creating one team responsible for the network from edge to perimeter. The organization will operate through a common change-management process, integrated incident response model, and unified on-call structure. The Information Security organization will continue to own cybersecurity governance, policy, threat detection, Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, and independent oversight. The Director will define and advance Eaton’s network strategy through architecture standards, operational excellence, automation, and performance-driven execution. Leading teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, this individual will accelerate infrastructure modernization efforts, improve service availability and reliability, and support Eaton’s vision of a highly automated, resilient, predictive, and self-healing network environment that enables business growth and operational scalability.
